Didier is a bridge between corporate rigor and human vitality. He brings a unique lens to leadership development as a former Deloitte consultant trained in the study of somatics and artistry.
He is the author of The Dopeness Dictionary and has guided teams at Lionsgate, Blavity, and the NBA Foundation to find the sweet spot where strategy meets soul. While most leadership coaches focus solely on the mind, Didier integrates embodied leadership and adaptive strategy to help teams lead with vision and integrity.
